Meditation

As Gautam Buddha had quoted “Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.”

Meditation has been a part of all our lives since ancient India. It has come from the concept of Tapasya which rishis and munis practiced to increase their level of concentration. They continued meditating for months and years to gain extreme power or what is called Shakti to overpower everything.

But, for common people like us, it is not necessary to meditate for months and years, a small-time during your busy schedule with The Third Eye Vision Ashram which shall help you maintain a balance between your temper, work pressure, and personal life. It helps you to train your mind, bring back focus, and redirect your thinking process.

Importance of Meditation

Relieving an individual from stress, lowering blood pressure, lowering the level of depression, and increase the awareness power of your surroundings by improving your level of concentration are some of the benefits one empowers with meditation.
