If a person is facing depression, no one will recognise the symptoms because they aren’t visible or common like other diseases. In such a situation, it is important for you to talk to someone, for someone to listen to your problems, and let the person understand and help you find a solution. This process is called counselling and the person who listens to solve your problem is called a counsellor.
There are several methods or therapies that are used for counselling depending on the emotional crisis one is going through like behaviour therapy, analytical therapy, humanistic and holistic therapy.
